Hike through the different terrains Kinabalu offers such as forest, rock forest, granite boulder forest and subalpine! Test the limit of your physical strength by overcoming the challenging terrains and altitude you would never have thought possible to! We are hiking the via Ferrata route, one of the most exciting routes in Mt Kota Kinabalu that you rarely get to try in any other mountain! (Trust me, it is safe!) Come and join us to go forth and conquer the highest mountain Malaysia! Together we will mark the first highlight (Literally!) of the year with fun and determination! *Take note that this trip is lead by the agent. It will be lead by the local partners in Kota Kinabalu* Difficulty A good level of fitness and/or trekking experience is recommended for this trek. Beginners who wish to hike this mountain should be comfortable with walking on slopes for prolonged hours. Safety Reminder It is recommended that all climbers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any mountain climb. If you have a history of suffering from the following ailments, it is highly recommend that you should refrain from climbing: Hypertension, Diabetes, Palpitation, Arthritis, Heart disease, severe anemia, Peptic ulcers, Epileptic fits, Obesity (overweight), Chronic asthma, Muscular cramps, Hepatitis (jaundice); or any other disease which may hamper the climber.
