The purchase of any services offered by Ministry of Adventure constitutes a contractual arrangement between the customer(s) and Ministry of Adventure, and represents the customer(s) acceptance of the Ministry of Adventure Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that the customer(s) read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to purchase the customer(s) tickets.
1. Deposit and Final Payment
Please note that the customer(s) bookings are not confirmed nor secure until Ministry of Adventure receives the full payment or deposits and the customer(s) receive a confirmation invoice/ticket. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% is required if the customer(s) are not making full payment for the customer(s) booking. Ministry of Adventure reserves the right to release or cancel any bookings being held where this required deposit has not been received by the deposit due date. Payment of the deposit or full payment indicates the customer(s) have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Please review and verify the customer(s) booking invoice/ticket thoroughly and contact us immediately if the customer(s) invoice/ticket appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. Ministry of Adventure cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice/ticket. In the case of billing errors, Ministry of Adventure reserves the right to reissue the customer(s) the invoice/ticket with correct pricing.
Final payment for the customer(s) booking is due 30 days prior to commencement of services. If final payment is not received by the due date, the customer(s) reservation will be canceled and Ministry of Adventure will retain the customer(s) full deposit. Ministry of Adventure is not responsible for any cancellation of land and/or air reservations in the event payment is not received by the final payment date. If a booking is made within 30 days prior to arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
The customer(s) privacy is always our priority. Ministry of Adventure takes the confidentiality of the customer(s)’ personal data it is trusted with very seriously.Ministry of Adventure do not share customer(s) personal data with other parties unless with the customer(s) consent.
3. Cancellation by the customer(s)
Cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by Ministry of Adventure’s reservation personnel to avoid any misunderstanding. Cancellation notice must reach us at within the following period:-
For Local Events
No refund of payment will be provided by Ministry of Adventure, unless Ministry of Adventure changes the date of events.
For Overseas Trips
If Ministry of Adventure receives a booking cancellation prior to the final payment date of the customer(s) trip, the customer(s) non-refundable deposit will be retained. Cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by Ministry of Adventure’s reservation personnel to avoid any misunderstanding. Cancellation notice must reach us at within the following period and cancellation fees will apply accordingly:-
90- 31 days prior to arrival a 25% cancellation fee will apply
31- 22 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee will apply
21- 0 days prior to arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply
Please note that the customer(s) would be responsible for any additional transaction charges when Ministry of Adventure do the refund. Cancellation policies apply on cases where full payment from customer(s) has been received by Ministry of Adventure. Cancellation of Events and Trip is subjected to different rates if specified in contract/trip/event details.
4. Proprietary Materials
Ministry of Adventure owns its Proprietary Material, which includes all the text, images, formatting, graphics, photographs, music, software, HTML, videos, typefaces, designs and editorial contents, and other contents, that the customer(s) could view on the website. The customer(s) may not copy, download, use redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from this website without our prior written permission
Ministry of Adventure strive to provide the best quality of our website/services. However, we seek for our customer(s) understanding that human errors or miscommunication might still occur. However, Ministry of Adventure might, in our discretion, provide refunds of payment or make arrangement as practicable as possible within our means to compensate for any losses or damages that caused. Ultimately, Ministry of Adventure reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue our website/services without prior notice.
6. Refund of Unused Services
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, trips, events, transport or any other services that are included in the events/trips but not utilized by the customer (s).
7. Force Majeure
Ministry of Adventure is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the events/trips, the customer (s) shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the trips/events, if the consequences of 'Force Majeure' arises. 'Force Majeure' means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the trips/events, fraud perpetrated against Ministry of Adventure.
8. Customers with Special Needs
It shall be the customer's responsibility to disclose, prior to booking, to Ministry of Adventure any physical or mental condition of a member of his party that may be relevant. Ministry of Adventure reserves the right to decline to provide the event/trip for the person where, in the opinion of the company, that the event/trip r would be inconsistent with the special needs of that person. No liability shall attach to Ministry of Adventure for the provision of an unsuitable event/trip for any person where that person's special needs have not been disclosed at the time of booking.
9. Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements
It is the customer(s) responsibility to fullfil the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to the customer(s) itinerary. The customer(s) should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. Ministry of Adventure do not accept any responsibility in the case of the customer(s) being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
10. Indemnity Form
Each customer(s) is required to sign an indemnity form before the event/trip commences. It includes either online form or hardcopy form. Ministry of Adventure reserves the right to not allow the customer(s) to participate the events/trips if the customer(s) do not fill up the indemnity form.
It is compulsory for the customer(s) to purchase travel insurance to safeguard of the customer(s) interests while travelling. Ministry of Adventure might request the customer(s) to show proof of him/her travel insurance policy number and reserve the right to refuse/cancel the bookings made by the customer(s) if he/she refused to purchase own travel insurance or fail to show his/her travel insurance policy number. Alternatively, if the customer(s) wish to purchase insurance through Ministry of Adventure, the customer(s) can email Ministry of Adventure to enquire the insurance application details and to purchase travel insurance. All information provided by the customer(s) will be treated private & confidential as stricly as possible as stated in the Clause 2 of this Term & Condition’s page.
